Hello Anushak, 

In India,  admission to MBBS courses take place through NEET UG only. So, if you want to take admission in MBBS from BSC you will have to take the exam and start the course from the beginning. You will need the following documents during the NEET application form fill up process: 

1. A valid mobile number

2. A valid email address

3. Class 10 and 12 details

4. Photo identity (aadhar card)

5. Credit/debit card or net banking details
