As you have qualified the jee mains 2020 exam then you are eligible to give jee advanced 2020 exam and also you can sit in jossa counseling.

Let me explain you in detail -

Any student who had given jee mains are eligible to give jossa counseling and there is no rule which states that only jee mains candidate can apply at jossa counseling.

Now if you didn't get any seats in jossa counseling, then you can participate in csab special round counseling.
Csab is conducted by the central seat allocation board for filling up the vacant seats in nits or iiits or gftis.
For participating in csab round counseling you have to pay a participating fees of around Rs 35000.

So anyone who doesn't get a seat in jossa counseling can register in csab special round counseling by paying the participation fees of around Rs 35000.
