See ur marks in the NEET exam is just a bit low for u to grab a seat in the govt college under state quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses as the cut off for gen category is 500+ for state quota and 450+ for the OBC category. U should be going for private Institution and find ur govt seats there. I m providing u a link for ur help.
