That is a long list actually. Each IIT has its own specialization. and the list is long. What I suggest is that you decide on the IITs you are interested and write to us. We will get back with the details. Another method is to check the IIT website. Most of the IIT M.Tech admissions are clear with details on specializations for eg IIT Madras can be checked at http://mtechadm.iitm.ac.in; IIT Bombay can be checked at http://www.iitb.ac.in/newacadhome/mtech.jsp. It is easy to check and you can judge better which one you will be interested in.
