XIMB accepts CAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT, X-GMT  for the programmes MBA HRM, MBA RM, MBA UMG, MBA SM and for MBA BM programme it accepts XAT, CAT, GMAT, X-GMT score.

XAT cutoff is around 90 percentile, CAT cutoff is around 91 percentile, GMAT cutoff is 550 marks and NMAT cutoff is around 220 marks.

There is no category reservation in XIMB, However fifty percentage of seats are reserved for the Odisha domicile category candidates.

The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate's performance in exams as well as in the Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (which factors in the past academic record and relevant work experience).
