There are a few eligibility criteria that one should satisfy before applying for JEE Mains.First of all there is no age limit for applying. Students who have passed their +2 in 2018,2019 or appearing for the exam in 2020 are eligible to apply for JEE Mains 2020. BE/B.Tech applicants should have passed the qualifying exam with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.Candidates can appear for JEE Mains for three consecutive years.

The qualifications required for a student to take jee mains exam are as follows:

• Student must have passed class 12  or qualifying the exam in 2018 or 2019 or is appearing in class 12th examination.

• The student must have Physics and Mathematics  as compulsory subjects in 12th exam.
