hi rahul raut, NEET UG application will be opening january 2018, and the exam will be on may 10th 2018. you will have to just follow the instructions and fill the form. read the prospectus thoroughly. in case you belong to special category like diasability or so you will have to fill additional form or affidavit and send them. wait till the forms release and check out the prospectus. i hope this helps. good luck
