Dear student,
Upsee open tf is for all the students who have certain disability or lost someone in their family or based on their father's income. These students don't have to pay the entire fees i.e. the fees paid by open category students, the are exempted from paying tuition fees. The just have to pay other fees excluding tuition fees.
