Best college for MA in statistics obviously includes Delhi University colleges like Lady shree ram college for women, Hindu college, Sri Venkateswara college etc you can get direct admission in Delhi University with minimum eligibility of 60% in 10+2+3 or through entrance exam with minimum eligibility of 50%. Delhi University is globally recognized and cheap too, it's per year fees is under 20,000.
Next is Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata with average fees of 60,000.
University of Lucknow is another great option along with Gauhati University in Guwahati and Utkal University in bhuvaneshwar, it's annual fees is 55,000.
