For an IItan you can refer the following books:

1. Quantum Physics- Modern Physics by Serway, Moses and Moyer.

2. V K Verma and Introduction to Electrodynamics.

These are some popular books which are used by IITn's for study of Physics. Even if you are unable to get those simply you can ask your senior for the copy and just xerox it. As inn IIT in first year there's no much knowledge required. All you have to do is just to  brush up your 12th & 11th std knowledge.
