I see the concern you have there. But it is possible to get a call from IIMs with those percentages. But you will have to get a high percentile. Every IIM has a different way of shortlisting and selecting people. You can have a look at these criteria on their websites. But all of them have personal interview in their criteria. So, if you nail the PI you can get into one of the top IIMs.

Aim for a high percentile(99+) and that will ensure you get a call from the top IIMs. And then prepare well for the interviews and ace that.

Based on your academics, you have fair chances to get admission in IIMs'. Some take past academics strictly and others many not judge you much on it.

There are other factors too based on which you will be assessed. To get into IIMs main considerations are:
1. Past academic scores
2. CAT percentile
3. Work experience
4. Other selection rounds

So focus on getting a percentile above 98-99 to get shortlisted for other rounds if you are aiming at IIMs specifically.
