I can't get you completely.
You can not even think of comparing IITs and NITs with GIET GUNUPUR.GIET is a private engineering college and is not in even top 50 engineering colleges list.You can get admission there through jee mains.
But to get IITs you need to appear for jee advanced and for NITs you have to appear for jee mains.
