Dear Shalini, there is not any combined degree for science and commerce. But if I call to talk about separately there are lots of option in both fields.

If I talk about science background you can go for engineering or any other your interested field like interior designing, fashion designing arts too. For entrance exam most know for science background student is JEE and other are state engineering exam and other private college takes its own exam.

If I talk about commerce background you can go for BBA, LAW, CA, BBS, CFP, BFA, BMS etc

Both streams have own importance so choose according to your interest which helps you in further studies.

The common graduation degree any student can pursue after 12 are B.Tech(JEE or other entrance exams depending on college), B.Sc(college entrances and class 12 marks), MBBS(NEET),These are for science background students.For commerce students B.com(college entrances and class 12 marks),CA(Cpt exam) and also there are many common fields such as BBA,Hotel Management,Hospitality management,Fashion Designing, NDA which have separate entrances and interviews depending on the college except NDA which have a common entrance exam and then a physical test.
I mentioned only those which are trending according to my view but there are many more which can seem attractive to you and you can surely pursue that.
