Hello. Well every year the shortlisting criterion changes for IIM-B. The shortlisting criterion depends on cat score, class 10, class 12 and graduation score, work experience, academic diversity and gender diversity. The weightage for all the above factors changes every year.

So, I would suggest you to prepare hard for Cat and score as high as you can. Once the results are out, then worry about call.
