Your question is quite ambigous. BSc is a bachelor's degree at UG level and it is recognized at all kind of organization where it is used as eligibility criteira for admission to MSc i.e. higher education or for JOB option.

Universities takes a screening test for admission which may vary from college to college. Some may consider 12th percentage for admission.
