You need the following documents for Karnataka counselling -

  • Printout of the Karnataka application form
  • Copy of bank challan
  • NEET admit card
  • Secondary School Certificate
  • Marksheet of Class 12th
  • School Leaving Certificate
  • NEET Scorecard
  • Reservation certificate, if applicable
  • Slip of application fee payment
