the documents needed will be :-

• category certificate if applicable
  
• Certificate of medical fitness
  
• intermediate grade sheet and marksheets
  
• UPSEE Admit Card 2019
  
• UPSEE  Rank Card 2019
  
• GDDA category certificate if applicable
  
• Income certificate for economically weak candidates
  
• Domicile Certificate
  
• If you had your Intermediate or 10th outside then you will need domicile certificate of your parents
  

if there is something else that is related to your joining you should carry it with yourself and also do hold photographs. They might be necessary.
