It has not been officially declared  what documents would be needed but generally there are the documents required in the state counselling.According to me nothing more than these would be demanded.

Neet admit card,rank letter,allotment letter, 10th mark sheet, 12th marks sheet, caste certificate, domicile certificate, Ph certificate if any, paasppet size photographs and print of registration form.

These are the documents you will need at the time of counseling:

NEET Admit Card
NEET Rank Letter
Class 10 or 12 certificate and marksheet
ID Proof
8 passport sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on the application form)
Provisional Allotment letter generated online
Domicile Proof (only for state quota seats)
Category Certificate (if applicable).

Reporting to allotted institute - Document checklist

When reporting for admission at the allotted institute, the candidate must bring the following documents with them:

• NEET UG 2019 admit card

• NEET UG 2019 scorecard

• Pass certificate of Class 10 and 10+2

• Mark sheet of Class 10

• West Bengal MBBS 2018 provisional seat allotment letter

• Valid ID proof. (School or College ID card/Voter ID card/Aadhar card/Passport)

• Medical Certificate from Registered Medical Allopathic Practitioners

• Verification slip generated during pre-counselling phase.

• Final verification slip generated after the document verification.

• Category certificate

• Orthopaedic Physical Disability Certificate issued by a medical board of IPGMER Kolkata. Certificate issued by other authorities will not be accepted.
