I assume you want to know about fees relaxation scheme or scholarship scheme in IITS, NITS OR iiits. however it depends on which of the course you have enrolled and their fees and curriculum structure. in nits, iits, iiits there is undergraduate, post graduate, phd courses, research fellow positions are available. in iits , students whose family annual  income is under 5 lpa are eligible to fees relaxation scheme. also for sc /st there tuition fees is nil. so to support the category reservation or fess relaxation scheme you must have the income certificate, category certificate to present at the time of admission process.
