it depends on your branch preference and also which iits you want. Cutoffs are much higher for old IITs of Delhi, Kanpur and Bombay than the newly opened ones, and also its high for more braches like CSE & low for some other branches. It also depends on your category. For last year it was 122 marks for general category, with around 12k rank.

You have to clear your category based  JEE Advance cut-off to clear Jee Advance . Now after this JoSAA will conduct counsellings for students to get admission in NIT's ,  IIIT's ,  GFTI's and  IIT's . Now based on your score you will get a IIT . To get a seat in top IIT's you have to get a very good rank in JEE Advance . You can also check the cut-off of Jee Advance to check the seat availablity.Below is the link for that .
