I'm 2 year dropper iam not eligible for jee advanced but what happens if i give jee advanced 2020 and passed by good marks then will IITs except my admission??

As you yourself stated, you are not eligible for JEE Advanced. You wont be issued an admit card, you wont be allowed to sit for the exam. However, you have the chance to perform exceptionally well in JEE Mains, and find yourself a seat in the premier institutes of the country, like IISc, IIITs etc. All the best!
