Dear Vishwa, the cut off is the least marks needed to secure a seat in a Medical College. This year, General NEET qualifying cut offs have been as follows:

General Category: 134-702: 50th percentile
OBC/SC/ST: 107-133: 40 percentile
PWD: 120-133: 45 percentile

But not everyone who has qualified in NEET can get a seat . Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks.

Hello

Depends on the following for AIQ:

Category :Gen, OBC, SC/ST etc)

For state quota seats

Again your reservation status.

NOTE: In some states the government seats are available for very low marks because of low competition. In a state like Delhi even 600 + marks doesnt guarantee a seat in govt college. In a state like TN (as the state is not used to entrance exams) the seats are available for as low as 400+ marks in the General category. As more kids become aware the competition is set to increasebut it wont be as competitive for at least 23 years.

I hope it will help you
Good luck...

Hii Vishwa !

The cut off keeps changing each year according to the level of question paper since this year's question paper was quite easier so the cut off is excepted to be higher than last year. Since last year's cut off was about 532 this year it might go upto 580 or about.

Hope this helps.
