Hello aspirant,
Here is a list of some books that I'll suggest for you. The books are listed below:-

Physics :- D.S Mathur,Haliday Resnik and HC Verma will be more than enough. For later years, Arthur Beiser is the best book for Modern Physis, Griffiths for Electrodynamics and Quantum mechanics (these are separate books), Ajoy Ghatak for Optics, Zemansky for Thermal Physics.
Chemistry :-Sonia Ratnani and PW Atkins for physical chemistry, JD Lee for Inorganic and Morrison Boyd for Organic
Mathematics:-Applied Science for R.D Sharma
And Read the NCERT Of class 12
