Well I am assuming that you meant main areas and not pain area. Well the MBBS course in terms of course is same everywhere. There are no specific area within it and the syllabus is same everywhere. And if you mean in terms of College then many states have their own best medical colleges like Delhi has some of the best medical colleges in India then In chandigarh also the medical college is one of the best in the country.
