Getting nearly 450 marks in NEET the colleges you will get depends upon lots of factor, 

especially what will be your Rank. If I say in NEET 2017 48000+. This rank is only an idea about the approx rank you will get, but not way to be taken as an guarantee that this year also this will be same. Another think is whether you belong to any category or not. And lastly, which state you belong to (because different state has different cut-off. like Tamil Nadu cut-off are very less.

You will get government college only in some states .

Definitely, you will get good private colleges with this marks and also lot of it depends upon the fees structure you are looking for,

But the best college you will get will be in the vacancy round.
