Hello Aman,
Scholarship is only for Top Rankers in JEE and Board examination. If you don't belong to this category then you can't get scholarship. However, you can apply for State sponsored Scholarship through you Social Welfare department. This scholarship is generally based on Caste and Income of your Parents. Your tuition fees will be paid back to you by State Government.
