Maths: G. Tewani's Cengage Series (Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Vector, Calculus and Trigonometry).

Physics: DC Pandey Series (Mechanics I, Mechanics II, Optics and Modern Physics, Thermodynamics and Waves, and Electricity and Magnetism). Once you are done with it, move to Physics Galaxy by Ashish Arora for better questions.
