Ncert the most important book for all the subjects you just need to learn thoroughly all the books of NCERT of all the subjects .

Other than that for mcqs ... NCERT fingertips MCQ book for biology , chemistry , physics or uh can also follow this books mentioned below

Biology - Dinesh 

Physics - USS, Arihant 

Chemistry - USS

Hi Sumanth,

The gold standard books for NEET are the NCERT books. Be thorough with those. There are several other books available in market. You should practise previous year NEET question papers and make sure you practise MCQ type questions more and more.
