I would advise you to pursue B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science Engineering and later specialize and master necessary skills due course as well as Projects and Certifications to become an ML/AI/IoT Engineer. But whichever specialization you pursue its important your foundations in Core CS, Data Structures and Algorithms and Programming skills are as strong as possible.
