Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a score of 546, your All India rank in all probability would be in the range of 7,000-10,000.  Do not pay such heed to what the cut off can be as these keep changing with every year. However, a cut-off of 550 and above is usually meant for the 15% All India Quota Cunselling. The 85% state quota counselling has a much lower cutoff than this.
