Sorry to say that but with such marks you won't be able to get any medical colleges as the qualifying marks for obc are 40% which is around 288 and for securing a seat in government medical college you have to score above 470+ marks so if you can make sure that you can score this much of marks next year then you can try for it and if you want to pursue BSc then try for BSc in agriculture.
