Hi Dhingu, Earning is a very relative term....As all MBBS doctor are also not earning the same amount....Some are earning 40,000/month and some are earning 2,00,000 - 5,00,000/ month......To increase your income to have to always increase your knowledge first in medical field.....For earning you can choose government setup or a private setup....I will say a combination of government and private setup with proper networking and ethical practice will be rewarding in a long run.....all depend on satisfaction level which depend on expectation (Which is always increasing).....Best of luck
