You can get some new IIT's in low branches , and aprt from these you can also get BHU/Dhanbad in low branches like metallurgy , mining etc .

Apart from iit's you can get IIST , RGIPT , IIPE so you can try for them also based on your jee advanced rank . You can also take admission in IISER but in that chances would be very less .
