JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -

1)IISC Bangalore

2)IISER

3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram

4)RGIPT

5)IIPE

From these , you have some chances to get rgipt and iipe , so you can try for them .

Apart from that you also have your jee mains score , try if you can get Nit or IIIT  or GFTI according to your mains rank  .

Unfortunately your category rank is very low, hence you have very skim chances of getting into the top IITS or even in the low ranked IITS.

But you can apply for the counselling you may get some IIT by the spot round counselling but the chances are very low.
