Hello, as you have mentioned your crl rank and you have Obc category. Your chances of getting CS in any top colleges looks not possible.
Because cutoffs are very high for CS branch.

And you may get Cs in New IIIT like Agartala, Manipur,Bhagalpur but this also depends on cutoff which changes every year.

There are some good private universities like Chandigarh University,Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era admission through this is taken through Jee mains marks.

Also apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission like Punjab University,Ipu Delhi counseling.
