Sorry to say but there is no any scope of getting admission in any of the government colleges.
Neither you are eligible for appearing in jee advanced exam.
Do fill entrance form of state level exams,
And prepare for it well.
Or you can also apply for many of the private institutes if you have no money problem.

Do apply for any other government colleges, or top private colleges.
There are uncountable persons who are very successful without nits or iits.

See the rank u have secured is not enough for u to bag a seat in the good colleges like NITs , IIITs and GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech career.
