Geology means study of Earth or Earth science. It is about study of the liquid and solid matter that comprises the surface of Earth.

You can pursue either BSC or b tech in geology. Subjects in BSC geology are structural geology, physical geology, mineralogy, crystallography and mineral optics. Course duration is 3 years .

Fees structure- rs10,000  - RS 1 lakh / annum

For B tech course fees may be higher.

Hello Aspirant,

If you want to make your career in Geology then I will recommend you to go For BSc over B.tech. As B.tech is more on a technical side and do not make you specialize in the specific field of Geology. Going for BA or BSC degree in Geology will help you better to go ahead in the field.
