Cutoff scores for a national level examination like NEET varies every year, given the ever mutating pattern of the examination. However, you can easily gain access to the cut off scores of previous years.
I'd recommend you to target a score above 570 to increase your probability of bagging a seat through AIQ 15%. The state level cut offs are again variable which you can check at the counseling website of your respective state.

If you want to get a seat of mbbs in govt. Medical college/university ,you must score 575+ marks in neet ug exam.
However if you wish to join a private collegr for mbbs, just score 50 percentile and above if you are from general category or 40 percentile and above if you are from Reserved category..

The cuoff can never be predicted it varies every year .
Depends on the toughness level of the exam .
U can only get to know previous years cutoffs .

For neet the cutoff varies from year to year 

But a dcore of 580+ keeps you in a plave whete you are sure to have a seat.
