Neet counselling is a systemic way of state and central medical authorities to allocate seats in various government and private medical and dental colleges on the basis of marks obtained by one in NEET.

As per rank and merit, you will be given option of medical colleges  you can be admitted ( obviously to get Govt. med collage admission you need very high rank ). Once you select your choice, you have to proceed for collage to complete rest of work i.e. submission of documents, payment of fees....
