see management quota seat are serve for any institute including government where cutoff score is less compare to other general or reserve quota candidates. fees are high in management quota seats. based on your score you would be eligible for counselling. however you have to select college and others criteria like management quota or category etc while you registered for counselling process. now that you are only interested for government seat, you are eligible to appear in neet ug counselling by securing the cutoff score.

Government quota and management quota both are present in private medical colleges. Is it's MBBS, BDS or homeopathy colleges. So government quota means you get any private college though counselling but you are not capable for paying those amount of fee then you can pay only 1%. Like if your total fees is 10lakh then you cna pay only 1 lakh. This rank will be different. And management quota means for private colleges are getting 5% fee from management quota seats. Infact some deemed university can get 85% total fees. So I'll suggest you can join any medical college though government quota, then your fee will be decrease. And both homeopathy colleges have yearly fee is 3.5 lakh.
