Dear Student,

The Following Documents are Required During NEET Counseling:

1. Admit card
2. NEET 2019 Result/Rank Letter
3. Birth Certificate
4. Class X Certificate
5. Class XII Certificate
6. Class XII Marksheet
7. 8 passport sized photographs (Same as the one affixed on application form)
8. Provisional Allotment letter generated online
9. Proof of Identity
10. Category Certificate (if applicable)

You Should also keep your portfolio and work this process with your parents just in case of counter-measures.

But theses things would probably be enough as suggested by NEET AUTHORITIES.
