1>You need domicle which get from district / tehsil through jan sewa kendra. Please go jan sewa kenra as soon as possibe because it will get you within 20 days from registration.2>Income cerificate of parents from jan sewa kendra2> Medical certifict from district/block govt hospital3>10th and 12 mark sheet and cerificates4>Caste cerificate if you are belong to sub categogry except general casre5> 10 colour photographs 

Mam, plz tell Nivas praman patra and domicle certificate is same...? I have Nivas ... And mam plzz tell is all documents are made after 31 March 2018 for counseling mean my father has income certificate so is it necessary to renewed it..
