First of all there is no such thing that you need different documents for applying to NEET if you are applying first time, second time or third time or so on. There is particular list of documents that are required to apply for NEET till now which is published by the Authority.

Below is the list of documents that are required to apply for NEET examination:

1. Class 10th Marksheet

2. Class 12th Marksheet

3. Scanned copy of candidate's passport size Photograph. The size  should be 10-100kb size in JPG format.

4. Scanned copy of candidate's signature. The size should be 3kb - 20kb in JPG format.

5. Valid Id proof like Aadhar card or Voter Id card.
