The candidates have to upload the following documents in the DU JAT registration form 2023: 

  • Signature 

  • Photograph 

  • 10th class certificate

  • 12th class marksheet

  • Sports certificate (if any) 

  • Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) certificate (if any)
