KCET exam is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority for admissions to the various B. Tech courses in the institutes of Karnataka. The registrations will take place from February 1 to February 28, 2019 and the last date to pay the application fee is March 3.
As for your question, the column heading would be KCET number, it is only for students who have previously attempted KCET .
