Yes you can fill the same college and same course but the chances for you getting in the college is low as in the first counselling the seats were filled only if the seats are left you will have a chance if not you will not get in the college you want.  The Centre has put a hold on the counselling for NEET PG 2021 until January 2022. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will now conduct NEET PG 2021 counselling in January 2022 at mcc.nic.in. Authorities have postponed the registrations for NEET PG counselling 2021 on October 25 until further orders
