What does mean by opening and closing score

Opening rank is the start of the interval and closing rank is the end of the interval of ranks required for the specific branch or college . Suppose the rank required for cs in nit warangal is from 200 to 2500 for General.  Then opening rank is 200 and closing rank is 2500 . Always closing rank is greater than opening rank .

Hello Shraddha ,

Opening score means the starting of score from where that perticular college is going to admit(Giving seats to candidates)  students.

Closing score means the score below which college is not going to give seats to candidates.
It is lowest marks upto which college give admission.
