Hi

If you have all of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your BSc then you need to choose the code 05 .

If you don't have all of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your BSc , then need to choose the code 02, as your highest qualification with physics chemistry and Biology will remain 10 + 2. Code 02 is for all those who passed their class 12th in the year 2019 or before.
