After completing diploma lots of candidates get stuck in dilemma of what to do further.
Now, if you want to study further then the best option is to appear in any lateral entry exam and get admission in a good engineering college and do engineering.You can also appear in JEE mains and if you can crack mains then you will get a chance to appear in jee advance and if you can get good rank in advance then you can get admission into the IITs.
Please note that you cant get any college based on jee mains because diploma candidates cannot get admission in NITs.

Now, if you want to get a job after diploma then you can apply for exams conducted by RRB and SSC for junior engineer (JE) in various grades.
You can also appear in state level public service exams.You can also apply for technical assistant jobs.
