Yes that is true you are supposed to pay the fees before, is what I know from most cases, during verification you don't have to pay fees, the fee payment part is totally online, and you get a receipt or a record that you have paid the fees, so that you don't face any problems later. You have to print the receipt and keep it ready to show it to the authorities and confirm. All the best!

Deepanshi... the fee payment is in the centers for pgecet candidates.. I confirmed.. it's not online..
